Well this was our last full day of working in Valladolid ... Me and Sam set off for Matallana with flowers, champagne and wine for Rosie, Rebeca and the staff. Rosie popped off the champagne and we posed for pictures with our new friends. Carah and Gemma went to the Canal for their last day on the boat and hiring the canoes out, they bought Gin for Gonzalo and Rum for Roberto and Miguel as a thank you for their kindness, they were taken aback and surprised but thanked them for teaching them more english :D It was very sad to think we would be leaving Rioseco, but exciting that we would be going home very soon to see our families!!!
We wanted to go out and celebrate making it through the month in a different country without the people that usually support us, but in true Manchester style it stormed and stormed and poured down so much that the road into the town got flooded!!! We thought that the weather knew we was going home soon so was preparing us for the inevitable RAIN!!!!
We stayed in our apartment instead and thought of home while watching the opening ceremony for the Olympics, which we thought was quite good :D
We then went to bed having only 2 more sleeps left until we go back to Manchester!!
